Description
Once per day, as an action you can attempt to chill a creature within 60 ft. The creature makes a DC 13 Con save. On a success, they have disadvantage on their next attack roll until the end of their next turn. On a failure, for the next minute the target has disadvantages on all Strength checks and saves, and subtracts 1d8 from all its damage rolls. The target may repeat the save on the end of each of its turns.
