When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you cause a target to become umbral until the start of your next turn. When an attack misses an umbral creature, the target takes 1d8 cold damage and they are no longer umbral. If a creature becomes astral while umbral, they immediately take 1d8 cold damage and are no longer umbral.
