This horn has three charges. As an action, you can expend a charge to emit a 30 ft cone that can be heard 600 ft away. Each creature must make a DC 15 Constitution save or take 5d6 thunder damage and be deafened for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn't deafened. Creatures and objects made of glass have disadvantage and take 10d6 damage instead. Regains all charges at dawn.
